Minute Musings: Phluid Project
TL;DR: Gender free isn't a thing, gender neutral is. This isn't necessary, people just need to get over themselves.
Part of this I love. Yay fluidity, yay androgynous dressing. But OH MY F*CKING GOD. YOU DON’T NEED A STORE to "tell you" or "allow you" TO WEAR/DO GENDER NEUTRAL CLOTHES.
Their whole tagline is "gender-free". THAT IS NONSENSE. Basically everyone has genitals. It’s gender NEUTRAL clothing—it doesn’t matter if you've got huge boobs or broad shoulders and no birthing hips—the clothes will still fit you and express your style.
I wear men’s clothing *ALL THE TIME*! Half the time that I'm shopping for sweatshirts, sweaters or t-shirt’s I GO TO THE MEN’S DEPT. It doesn’t take a “phucking” "gender-free" store to help me get there.
Shoutouts to Gildan and Naadam who have been quietly KILLIN IT at unisex clothing without making an giant social marketing campaign about it. RESPECT.

Please be cautious and/or do not use Republic (the website linked above). It takes all the risk of becoming an equity investor in a company, but couples it with minimal payoffs and a grotesque lack of information provided to users. There’s a reason accredited investors have dominated the industry—they have money to lose in scams and/or on weak projects.
